I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I use a variety of counselling theories and methods to meet your individual needs. It is my belief that every person I meet is unique and therefore there is not one specific therapy that suits all.
I will provide you with a safe and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I’ll help you to make sense of your personal experiences, which may provide you with new perspectives on your past and the way you view your future. Together we will find new ways to manage or change the difficult situations you are facing.
I offer a warm, compassionate understanding and a confidential space, where together we can make sense of how you feel.
Counselling can be short or long term, focusing on a specific issue or addressing wider life challenges.

- Diploma in Integrative Counselling
- Certified NLP Practitioner
- During my counselling placement I volunteered at IPSUM, a Mental Health and Wellbeing Charity, supporting the Swindon area and also a local, residential, rehabilitation unit which supports clients with alcohol and drug addiction
- Previous experience working at Samaritans as a listening volunteer
- Up to date registration with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
