Philosophy and style of working:
I am an integratively trained psychotherapeutic counsellor. Which means that I can support you with a variety of approaches and modalities; tailoring the therapeutic process to meet your individual circumstances and needs. The foundation of psychotherapeutic counselling is the collaborative relationship between the individual and therapist. As your therapist I can provide the frame that will allow you to work through the challenges you are facing.
I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore challenges you may be facing; depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, relationships, bereavement and more.

- Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
Training and Experience:
I completed my training with Mercure Counselling and Training Alliance based in Wantage. I have been working with clients since 2023.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and as a member of the BACP, I adhere to their Code of Ethics.
Prior to training as a counsellor I worked in Forensic Science for over 10 years.
