The First Step

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” (Chinese proverb)

Speaking to a counsellor or psychotherapist in times of stress is one of the healthiest and most responsible choices a person can make.

The first step is to recognise there is a problem for which you might consider seeking professional help.

The next step is to phone us on 01635 226880 or email us at so that we can briefly discuss your requirements on the phone and perhaps arrange an initial consultation with one of our therapists.

The purpose of the initial (one-off) consultation, is to explore the issues in more depth and to see if therapy could benefit you. This will also give you an opportunity to ask any questions and to see if you feel comfortable with the  particular therapist.
