  • Bookings are confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis and only once payment is received.
  • Places are limited, so it is advisable to book.
  • Certificates of attendance for CPD purposes will be available.
  • Tea, coffee and water will also be available.
  • Lunch is not included.


  1. Your booking will only be confirmed once payment in full is received by us and you have sent us your completed booking form or made an online payment.
  2. You may cancel your booking by email. However, refunds (less 10% admin fee) are only possible with a minimum of 2 calendar months’ notice prior to the start date of the seminar which you have booked.  If you give one month’s notice, we will offer you credit (less the 10% admin fee)  towards another seminar(s) within a 6 month period of the date of the seminar in which you originally booked.  In both of these situations we will deduct 10% to cover our administrative costs.  If a refund or exchange is not possible we allow you to transfer your ticket to a colleague.  Your colleague will be required to let us know in advance and to contact us with their full details.
  3. We may need to cancel the event for two reasons:
      • a) Insufficient bookings, in which case we reserve the right to cancel with 7 days’ notice
      • b) Circumstances beyond our control such as illness of a speaker or unavailability of the venue
      • Under these circumstances we will inform you as quickly as possible using the email address you used for booking, and a full refund will be issued.  Refunds will be made via PayPal, BACS or by posting a cheque.
  4. We reserve the right to transfer to a different venue.
  5. By booking one of our seminars, you agree to your inclusion in photographs taken at the seminar, which may be uploaded to our website or used in promotional media. If you would rather not be included in photographs then please let us know.
