What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by using hands either on the body or above the body, and is based on the belief that unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If our life force energy is low, then we are more likely to feel unwell, our resistance become weaker as well as becoming more easily stressed.
