Gabriela has a particular interest in female health problems, fertility issues, menopause and stress. She also often supports clients during pregnancy. Gabriela offers bespoke reflexology sessions tailored to individual needs, she often uses her knowledge gained during Nutritional Therapy training to offer extra support to her clients.

Reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally. With ever increasing levels of stress in everyday life, it is important to take some time and look after yourself. Reflexology may be one of the ways to mitigate the stresses of modern life.

Gabriela also offers Gua Sha Facial Fusion – it is a combination of facial massage, lymphatic drainage, Thai herbal poultice and the use of Gua Sha tools.
