Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss, bereavement or loneliness? I offer a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to explore any issues you are facing.
I am a qualified psychotherapist (UKCP registered) with over 20 years of experience in supporting people with a range of difficulties and life challenges.
In our work together, my aim is to support you to explore ways to overcome problems, make sense of your thoughts and feelings and find a way forward that works positively for you.
I specialise in relationship issues (partner, family, friends & work), anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, sadness, parenting concerns, bereavement, stress, low self-confidence, alcohol & substance abuse.
I offer short term and long-term therapy. Sessions take place weekly and last for 50 minutes.
