Caroline Marr is an integrative therapist with a psychodynamic core. She is passionate about helping her clients discover their capacity for growth and healing, to cultivate more presence and awareness in their lives. At times, we can become stuck in old habits, patterns and fears that do not serve us anymore and get in the way of authentic and meaningful connection with ourselves and others. Whilst Caroline works in a psychodynamic way, her approach is client-centred and collaborative. Working together, she can offer support through the difficulties that life brings and help you to connect with your resilience for emotional and mental well-being.

Training and Experience:
Caroline is a BACP Registered qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specializing in individual therapy with adults and young people aged 16 and over.
Alongside her private practice she has offered affordable counselling in a charity setting since 2018, with referrals coming from the NHS and local authorities.
Caroline has worked with a broad range of mental health issues including general life stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, low self-esteem and self-harm.
She is committed to ongoing development and as a member of the BACP she adheres to their Code of Ethics & Practice.
