Core Process Psychotherapy – in-training
Philosophy and style of working:
Individual psychotherapy is a way to investigate and resolve issues that are frustrating or limiting us, holding us back or making us feel unhappy.
Alex offers Core Process Psychotherapy, a relational mindfulness oriented therapy, which integrates Buddhist psychology and western psychotherapeutic theory.
Core Process is a depth psychotherapy which gently and compassionately explores how experiences in earlier life, may influence us in our present lives.
Alex’s approach is to support you in deepening body awareness that can enable you to explore and release old patterns and behaviours. Reconnecting to your deeper self in this way can help to loosen limiting conditioned reactions or patterns of feeling stuck. With kindly intention we will jointly bring awareness to what is obscuring you from living your best, most authentic self.
Through awareness change becomes possible.
