Treatments Practiced by Gilly Beer:
Philosophy and style of working:
I understand that taking the first steps towards seeking help is not always easy. You may be struggling with anxiety, family issues or be experiencing sad or depressed feelings and thoughts. I am here to offer confidential, non-judgemental counselling where you can be heard and understood and where you can think, feel and be curious.
My aim is to work alongside you, giving you the space and time to explore any issues, emotions or thoughts that might be troubling you. I incorporate a range of approaches and theories but at the heart of my work is the relationship I build with my clients. I believe this to be fundamental to therapeutic growth and change.
I am available for short or long-term counselling. Do give me a call or send me an email for further information.
