Philosophy and Style of Working:
Every treatment is individually tailored to meet the needs of the client on the day. I often blend aspects of different modalities so a massage treatment may include some myofascial release, acupressure and/or reflexology as well as a unique blend of essential oils. My aim is to facilitate release, rebalancing and harmonising form and function, and reintegrating mind, body and spirit.
