Philosophy and style of working:
Through her experience spanning 20 years in education and in the police service as a law enforcement officer, including working alongside Children’s Social Care, Julie developed a passion for supporting and empowering people to overcome challenges.
Alongside working as a Mindfulness Instructor, Julie offers Intuitive Healing to Restore and Recharge to guide clients in accessing their inner knowing and inner reserves to make the beneficial changes they are seeking. Julie intuitively selects and uses symbols to support clients in receiving the healing they need.
Julie also has a Mindfulness and Intuitive Coaching business and sees clients both by video link and in therapy centres.

- Qualified Mindfulness Instructor with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation
- Registered with the Mindfulness Teachers Register, a professional register of accredited Mindfulness teachers.
Training and Experience:
After a combined 20 years of careers in education and in the police service, Julie trained as a Mindfulness Instructor with the Mindfulness Now programme at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation. The Mindfulness Now programme blends key elements of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and is approved by The British Psychological Society.
Julie has experience in writing and delivering bespoke guided meditations and teaching Mindfulness to empower clients to grow their wellbeing.
Julie works with a wide range of issues including bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, and supports clients in creating and sustaining the changes they wish to make through an Intuitive Coaching approach.
