Philosophy and Style of Working:
Hannah practices psychodynamic counselling which offers a safe, confidential space where difficulties can be spoken about and explored and patterns of behavior recognized. Thoughts and feelings that were previously not available to consciousness can be acknowledged and processed, leading to greater freedom and new possibilities.

- Diploma in Integrative Counselling (Central School of Counselling and Therapy, London)
Training and Experience:
Hannah has many years’ experience of counselling in the voluntary sector and the NHS. She initially trained in integrative counselling and subsequently completed an in-depth three year training in psychodynamic therapy. She is a registered member of the BACP and works according to their code of Ethics and Practice.
