Treatments Practiced:

Kinesiology

Philosophy and style of working:

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to identify imbalances within the body. We then address the issue at its root (not its symptom) and encourage natural healing through the restoration of homeostasis.

Kinesiology uses a holistic or whole-person approach. When looking at an issue, we always take into account our state of mind and emotions, key nutrition for the impacted system, the energetics of the human being and of course, our unique physical body.

Every session is uniquely tailored to the needs of the individual. A Kinesiology treatment can involve a variety of techniques and healing modalities such as targeted lymphatic massage, gentle realignment techniques, working with the meridian system used in Acupuncture and Acupressure, Emotional Stress Release (ESR), Bach Flower Remedies, Nutritional Support and Dietary and Lifestyle advice.

Kinesiology can help with a wide variety of issues such as allergies, hay fever, food sensitivities, joint or body pain, behavioural or developmental issues, chronic issues (eg. pain or fatigue), IBS symptoms, fears and phobias, low immune system, frequent infections, migraines, headaches, skin issues (acne, eczema, psoriasis), disturbed sleep or emotional concerns.
