Psychotherapy and Counselling
Philosophy and style of working:
Clare is an Integrative Counsellor, drawing on a variety of therapeutic models which allows her to offer a flexible approach to each individual. She offers a safe, confidential space where you can reflect on the difficulties in your life to gain understanding and the possibility for change. After an initial consultation, the therapy consists of a weekly 50 minute session. These can be online or on the telephone or face to face at our offices, when possible. Clare has considerable experience of both short-term focused work (up to 6 weeks) and longer term work depending on your circumstances.
