Counselling & Coaching
Philosophy and style of working:
Life can be very challenging at times and we never know what we may have to face. It is so important to be able to look after our own mental health and be able to speak to someone confidentially without judgement or expectation.
Whether we have experienced trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties or simply feel that we have come to a crossroads in our life, Counselling can be a really helpful way to increase self-awareness, clarity of mind and to enable us to move forwards.
My background is working in adult mental health and I have also previously worked as a volunteer Counsellor with young people.
I like to work in an Integrative way encompassing different Counselling approaches and various learning that I have gathered through my training.
I have a warm and empathic approach and it is important to me that we can work together to ease your stress or emotional pain and allow you to feel validated and empowered.
