Laura’s integrative training enables her to offer a flexible approach, as a range of therapeutic models and tools will allow you both to tailor therapy to your individual requirements. Laura firmly believes that it is the therapeutic relationship between you that will provide the safe supportive environment where you can explore, grow and fulfil your potential. She offers both short and long term therapy to adults and older teenagers. She has experience of working with a wide range of issues including; depression, abuse, anxiety, stress, identity issues, eating disorders, bereavement, addiction, relationship issues, anger and illness.

- BA Hons in Integrative Relational Counselling Including Psychodynamic, Humanistic and CBT (2013)

Training and Experience:
Laura is a fully qualified accredited counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy with extensive experience counselling clients of all ages presenting with a wide range of difficulties. She is also BUPA recognised. She has worked in a General Practice within the NHS for 5 years. In addition, she has specific experience of adolescent issues from her time as a counsellor attached to a 6th form college. She has also worked with a women’s refuge supporting female victims of domestic abuse.
